Interest in photography started in young age after one of my uncle brought over his film camera on my birthday in the late 80’s. Since then I wished I had my own camera and I do have several types of camera over the past years.

 

Incorporated in 2014 and registered with SSM and had been given a registration number of 002490959-K, Backyard Film Strip Enterprise was formed to provide a studio quality product photography services for individual, home-based, small business and big corporation with lower price while maintaining its photo quality.

 

Nowadays cost of living are getting higher each year and people are looking at cutting their cost anywhere they can. Other professional product photographer out there may charge thousands of ringgit for a product photoshoot. We believed by providing a lower price of service, it will help to boost their profit margins.

 

HOW CAN WE SURVIVE BY PROVIDING LOWER SERVICE PRICE BUT STILL MAINTAINING THE PHOTO QUALITY

Of course in order to start a business, we needs to invest on cameras, lenses, lightings, equipment and etc. But to ensure that we still can survive despite providing a lower pricing, we do all the product shoot at our own house. That is the reason we prefer our customer to courier to us the products that they intended to photoshoot or we can arrange for an appointment to meet.

 

Another reason is, we do it on part-time basis. We will only do the product photoshoot after our regular working hours, on weekends and on public holidays. For huge quantity, it may takes weeks to complete.

 

HOW CAN WE PROVIDE A QUALITY PHOTO

Although it is a part-time business, we strive to meet the datelines and ensure the quality of photos. Before we deliver the photos, it will go through a thorough check. All we need is just TIME.
