Questions

Pricing

1. What's the cost? - We based on the total amount of items to be photoshoot. Detailed rates can be found on our Package & Pricing page.

 

2. If we send more than the quoted price, will the price be different? - If the items send to us is more than the quotation and it is in any of our offered package price range, then we will follow the package price.

 

3. If the item is packed and contain with more than 2 items per package, will you consider it as 1 item? - Item that is packed as a package such as socks, ladies or mens underwear containing more than 2 pairs per pack will be charged as per underwear regardless of the package.

 

4. Quantity rate for smaller projects? - We only calculate based on per shipment that arrives at our studio. If you send to us 10 items per shipment, then we will charge the price as 10 items. The next shipment will be calculate separately.

 

5. When & How to Pay? - We will forward an invoice upon job completion. All our bank details will be provided as well. We will require a 50% deposit for items that are more than 10. We also accept payment via PayPal for customer outside Malaysia.

 

6. Masking Service - Masking service involve changing the background of a photo to another. It is also applies for all apparel which require us to take 2 shots of 1 apparel then combine it together so that it show the part behind it. For items that need to show its functionality, we also consider it as a masking. Refer to our Package & Pricing page.

 

 

Shipping
1. When you are done with the photoshoot, will you return the items? - Yes, we will pack it with the same packaging when we receive it. The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice or you can provide your courier account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you do not want it back.

 

2. Pickup and Delivery provided? - We can arrange pickup and delivery in KL & Selangor area with a charges. However it is only on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

 

3. Can you shoot large item? - We do not have a huge space in our studio. Please contact us to reconfirm the item needed for photoshoot.

 

 

Process
1. Is this service only available in KL and Selangor? - No. You can be at any part of the world. 

 

2. How do we communicate? - We will take a low resolution sample with watermark and send it through either email or any other available messenger such as Facebook messenger, Whatsapp or Wechat for you to see how the photo will look like. If you satisfy, then we will proceed with the high resolution photo. You can also call us if you find it easier to communicate that way.

 

2. How long do photoshoot projects take? - It all depends on the quantity of item we receive and current job that we have (1st come 1st serve basis). Usually it takes about 1 week. Sometimes even 3 weeks.

 

3. If we need you to re-shoot? - If we have made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission would incur a charge.

 

 

End Product Delivery

1. In what format are my photos delivered? - We deliver photos in a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg format using maximum quality settings.

 

2. How do I receive my photos? - Delivery of completed photos will be through cloud storage i.e. Dropbox or Onedrive. We will email to you the download link. Uploaded photos will remain in the cloud storage for 1 week to give us space to upload other photos for our customer.

 

3. Will there be any licence or royalty if we publish the photos? - No. The photos are yours and we do not charge you with any royalt or whatsoever. However, we reserve the right to publish the photos whether it is in hard or softcopy in social media or books once you agree to use service.
